We only use Protected Designation of Origin products: San Marzano tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, and extra virgin olive oil from Sicily.
Our artisan oven reaches 485°C to achieve that perfect crust: crispy outside, tender and elastic inside.
Because we believe a great pizza deserves time, patience and the finest ingredients. Our dough rests 48 hours to develop unique flavour and texture.
