The Origin of a Passion
Resto Burgger was born in 2015 from a simple but powerful idea: that a great burger shouldn't be a luxury, but an everyday experience. What started in a small space on Fuencarral Street in Madrid — with just four tables and a charcoal grill — became the benchmark for artisanal burger craft in the city.
From day one, we committed to fresh ingredients, house-made buns and secret sauces. No frozen products, no shortcuts. Every burger is made to order, over live fire, with the care and respect it deserves.
Today, ten years on, we remain the same place we always were: small, honest and absolutely in love with what we do. Because we believe great flavor has nothing to do with trends or franchises.
The Founders
Carlos Méndez
Raised around his family's grills in Salamanca, Carlos arrived in Madrid with a suitcase and his grandfather's recipe. Trained at the Madrid Culinary School, he worked in several renowned restaurants before betting everything on his own vision of the perfect burger.
Laura Vidal
An economist by training, a foodie by vocation. Laura met Carlos at a food event and immediately saw the potential of his project. With her business vision and passion for quality, she turned Carlos's dream into a sustainable and vibrant reality.
